PER/ZIP4 is a
CASS Certified postal coding solution. Postal coding consists of correcting and
standardizing address data according to USPS rules. For any valid address,
PER/ZIP4 can also provide a delivery point code, a county name, a county code, a

congressional district, Line of travel (LOT) information, and a locatable
address conversion service (LACS) indicator. When used in combination with
optional "add-on" products, PER/ZIP4 can also provide Delivery Point Validation,
Residential Delivery Indication, Latitude and Longitude coordinates, Census
Tract and Block Group, MSA codes, and Time Zones for valid
addresses.

quality of address files by automatically correcting incomplete or
misspelled addresses. By providing both interactive and batch processes,
which attempt to match the customer's addresses to the U.S. Postal
Service's database, PER/ZIP4 makes this rather complicated process very
easy. Additionally, the customer may choose to use the included APIs to
embed address correction into his own job streams."
